How to Order a Physical Trustee Card

To order a physical Trustee card, you must be a registered Trustee Plus user with completed identity verification using an internationally recognized document.

Steps to order:

1. On the main screen, tap “Issue Card”.
2. Choose the card type: Physical (issuance fee: €25).
   
3. Select the currency for auto-conversion when making payments (this can be changed later in settings).
4. Enter your delivery address for the physical card.
   
5. Set a PIN code for your card.
6. Review your details and tap “Next”.
   
7. Your card is on the way! Activate it in the app once you receive it.
